This package is designed for brand new start-ups who haven't decided on a business structure yet, or are newly incorporated (less than 3 months).We provide support for your early-stage business needs including company incorporation, tax registrations, financial forecasts, accounting software setup and training and more.
Book a call and a member of the team will ring you at your chosen time to learn about your business and goals. They will offer the best way forward and provide a quote for any services discussed. The next step is to accept the quote and complete onboarding. We can only start working with you once onboarding is finalised and we're officially your tax agent.
Beany will give you support on any simple tax or accounting question, as part of your package. We are here to help.You can call and email our Customer Support desk as often as you like. The type of questions we get range from help with your Xero file, to asking when your tax is due and what VAT rate to use on your invoices.We aim to respond within 24 hours with answers to your questions, although at peak accounting times it may take a little longer.Our support desk is staffed by qualified and experienced Beanies who can respond quickly and accurately.
Yes, we certainly do. We can provide advice on anything you would expect from an accountant. Once we understand what you need, we will provide a quote, detailing the cost of the consulting/advice and what you are going to receive from Beany. This way there are no surprises.
The Beany Starter pack has a 1 year commitment as the monthly cost is actually the total cost of this service split into 12 monthly payments. We structure many of our plans like this to give you certainty over the cost and to smooth cashflow for your business.
